You may be purchasing an air conditioning unit for a bargain price, but you won’t get poor installation and service with it. Over the years, we have come to develop a reputation for impeccable service to our customers. All of our contractors are licensed, bonded, and insured, so you can be sure that you’re getting the best installation and service without paying an arm and a leg for it.

Our Standard Installations Include:

  1. New equipment rated 14 SEER or higher as mandated
  2. New service disconnect
  3. New electrical whip
  4. New breaker (if needed)
  5. Duct-cleaning services up to 15 vents *Does not include manufactured homes
  6. Uni-strut hangers to support the system or drain pan (if needed)
  7. Heavy-duty electrical cord for the furnace (if needed)
  8. Flexible gas lines for furnace
  9. Re-insulate refrigerant lines outside where applicable
  10. Flush the existing line set to remove all debris in preparation for R-410a refrigerant
  11. Evacuate and achieve a standing vacuum below 500 microns before charging the system
  12. Startup and charge AC equipment according to manufacturers specifications
  13. Disposal and haul away of existing equipment
  14. Register your new equipment to activate your warranty
  15. Crane services (If needed)
  16. Metal stand for rooftop units
